Recipe makes 6 Servings

4 Jarlsberg Folios, plus more as needed
6 slices of prosciutto, thinly sliced or julienned

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Place folios onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle prosciutto over each folio evenly. Bake two at a time.

Bake for 6 to 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.

Remove and allow to cool and harden before serving. Repeat steps with each folio.
