Ingredients

Recipe makes 10 Servings

1/4 cup(s) fresh lime juice
1 Lb H-E-B Fresh Pineapple Strawberry Tray, roughly chopped if desired to make blending easier
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Pure Cane Extra Fine Granulated Sugar, or as needed depending on sweetness of fruit
1/8 Tsp sea salt

Instructions

In a blender, add lime juice, pineapple and strawberries, sugar and salt.

Puree until smooth. If needed, pulse in bursts to get fruit moving in blender.

Once mixture is smooth with no lumps, strain through a mesh sieve to remove any seeds or pieces of fruit.

Place in a container with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

Chef's Note: Use on ice cream, drizzle over pies or simply mix into cocktails to give more flavor. You can even add it to lemonade to make strawberry lemonade.
