Pan Seared Swordfish with Roasted Garlic Herb Butter

2 Tbsp H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Roasted Garlic & Herb Finishing Butter
8 Oz swordfish fillet
1 Lb cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Preheat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add 1/2 of the butter to the skillet then the swordfish.

Cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until fish is cooked through. Remove fish and add cherry tomatoes. Turn heat to high and add remaining butter. Cook until tomatoes begin to wilt but still hold shape.

Serve the buttery tomatoes over the seared fish.
