Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb H-E-B Natural Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 Oz Lawry's Taco Spices & Seasoning
8 Oz Pam Cooking Spray
6 Oz Hill Country Fare Spanish Rice & Pasta
13 H-E-B Ready-to-Cook Flour Tortillas
14 Oz Gebhardt Mexican Style Refried Beans

Instructions

Combine chicken and taco seasoning in a large bowl and toss to coat.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 3 minutes. Spray the pan with nonstick spray and pan-fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side.

Add rice and pasta and 1 1/2 cups water to chicken. Stir the mixture and bring to a boil over high heat.

Cover skillet, reduce to low and cook for 15 minutes.

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat for 3 minutes.

Cook tortillas for 45 seconds on each side and place in a tortilla warmer.

Meanwhile, place refried beans in a small microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 3 minutes.
