Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 H-E-B® Bakery French Loaf, sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup(s) Heluva Good French Onion Dip
1 cup(s) frozen grilled zucchini, sliced thin
1 cup(s) frozen eggplant, sliced thin
1 cup(s) frozen grilled red & yellow peppers, sliced thin
2 H-E-B® Fully Cooked Pesto Chicken Breast, sliced thin
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B® Organics Basil, chopped
1 cup(s) shredded Italian blend 6 cheeses

Instructions

Heat oven to 450°F.

Line a large baking sheet with foil and set aside.

Place bread halves on prepared baking sheet cut-side up and spread each half with 1/4 cup dip.

Sprinkle each half with equal amounts zucchini, eggplant, peppers and chicken. Top with basil and cheese.

Bake pizzas on bottom oven rack 15 minutes until cheese melts and begins to turn golden.

Cool 5 minutes and cut each pizza into 8 slices.
