Grilled Pineapple Steaks with Dragonfruit Raita

1 pineapple, peeled, cored and sliced into 1/2 inch rings
2 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 fresh dragonfruit, cut in half from top to bottom & meat scooped out
1 cup(s) Greek yogurt
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
1 bananas
6 strawberries
1 Tbsp coconut nectar

Pre-heat grill to 350ºF.

Brush pineapple steaks with oil and cook 3-4 minutes per side or until good grill marks develop on each side. Remove from grill and allow to cool.

To make raita place dragonfruit, yogurt, vanilla extract, banana, strawberries, and coconut nectar in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Serve as a dipping sauce for the grilled pineapple.
