1 non-stick cooking spray
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Parmesan Fresh Grated Cheese
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Extra Virgin Olive Oil
16 Oz H-E-B Bakery French Baguette Bread, cut into slices at bakery (34 slices)
8 Oz Central Market Tomato Tapenade

Instructions

Spray a grilling mesh with non-stick cooking spray and place on top of foil lined baking sheet.

Combine pepper, salt, cheese and olive oil in a small bowl.

Brush one side of each baguette slice with olive oil mixture and place on the grilling mesh oiled side up.

Heat charcoal or gas grill to 300°F.

Place grilling mesh with bread slices on the grill, close grill cover and cook for 3 minutes until toasted on the bottom.

Turn baguette slices over and toast for 2 minutes.

Top each slice with a teaspoon of tomato bruschetta.
