Garlic Grilled Cheese

Recipe makes 3 Servings

1 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 H-E-B Select Ingredients Sourdough Flats Garlic Butter, cut in half
3 American sliced cheese
1/2 Columbus Prosciutto
3 basil, leaves
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F, as well as bring non-stick pan on the stove to medium heat.

Once pan is hot add butter and melt completely and add cut bread flat side down.

While bread is heating up add cheese first, then prosciutto, basil and top with grated Parmesan cheese.

After all ingredients are on the bottom piece of bread top with the second piece of bread and flip over once bottom bread has been cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.

After sandwich has been flipped remove from stove and place into the oven for 5 to 6 minutes or until you see the cheese start to completely melt.
