Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 3/4 cup(s) fat free half & half
1/4 cup(s) zero calorie sweetener
1 cup(s) H-E-B® Real Egg
8 H-E-B® Glycemic Bread slices
1 butter flavored non-stick spray
1 Tsp lemon, zested
1 cup(s) frozen mixed berries, thawed
1/2 cup(s) sugar free syrup

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine half and half, sweetener and eggs and beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute. Set mixture aside.

Spray skillet with non-stick butter spray and heat over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Dip bread into batter and cook on each side for 1 1/2 minutes; cook 2 slices at a time and keep warm.

To serve, sprinkle each french toast with lemon zest, 2 tablespoons berry medley and 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup.
