1/4 cup(s) unsalted butter
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/4 cup(s) white onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) celery, finely chopped
2 Tbsp H-E-B® Peeled Garlic, chopped
8 Oz clam juice
1/4 cup(s) Texas Backyard Organic Cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 Tsp coarse sea salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Lb H-E-B® New Harvest Gulf Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 Tbsp lime, juiced

Instructions

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Constantly stir in flour and cook 3 minutes until flour is golden brown.

Add onions, celery and garlic and cook 3 minutes.

Gradually stir in clam juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. Cook 1 more minute.

Add shrimp and toss to coat.

Cover skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring halfway through, until shrimp turn from translucent to opaque (white) and curl.

Remove skillet from heat.

Add lime juice.
