1 Lb H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup(s) Knorr Chicken Bouillon
15 Oz H-E-B Diced Tomatoes Mexican Flavor
1 Tbsp guajillo chile
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
15 Oz H-E-B Black Beans, rinsed and drained
15 Oz H-E-B Sweet Corn, drained
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped

Cut chicken into 1/2-inch cubes.

Dissolve 1/2 bouillon cube in 1 cup hot water, then place in a 3-quart saucepan with chicken, undrained tomatoes, chili powder and pepper; bring to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce heat to medium and cook 8 minutes, or until chicken is done.

Add black beans, corn and cilantro to chicken mixture, then bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 5-7 minutes until heated through.

Top with green onions to serve.
