33 Oz Cookwell and Company Two Step Chili
1 Lb 93% ground beef
16 Oz sour cream, fat free
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1/2 Tsp sea salt
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

Prepare chili with ground beef according to directions on jar.

Set aside 1 1/2 cups for recipe and refrigerate remainder for another meal.

Combine sour cream, cilantro and salt in a medium mixing bowl.

Spread sour cream mixture onto a serving plate, leaving a 1-inch border around the perimeter.

Spoon 1 1/2-cup chili over the sour cream, leaving a 1-inch border of sour cream around the edge.

Top with shredded cheese and green onions. Serve immediately
