1 Lb thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 egg whites, beaten
1/2 cup(s) Italian bread crumbs
15 1/2 Oz H-E-B Healthy Marinara Sauce
1/2 cup(s) reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a casserole dish with nonstick spray and set aside.

Dip chicken in egg whites, dredge in bread crumbs and place in prepared casserole dish.

Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.

Top chicken with marinara sauce and cheese. Bake additional 15 minutes uncovered.

Serve chicken Parmesan with pasta and crusty bread.
