Chicken Parm Stuffed Grilled Cheese

1 cup(s) vegetable oil
1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup(s) H-E-B Panko Bread Crumbs
2 H‑E‑B Extra Thin Sliced Chicken Breast
4 Tsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Tuscan Herb Butter
6 slices H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Naturally Leavened Country White Bread
4 slices mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Marinara Sauce

Place sauté pan over medium heat with oil.

Lay out 3 bowls, one for each; flour, eggs and panko.

Bread sliced chicken using one hand for wet and one for dry. First flour, then egg then panko.

Once oil is hot, place chicken in oil. Fry about 2 minutes per side and place on paper towels to drain.

Place another sauté pan over medium heat.

To build grilled cheese, butter 4 slices of bread. Set aside.

With the remaining two slices, core bread leaving only the crust.

Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in pan with cored slice of bread on top.

Layer one slice of mozzarella cheese, a generous spoonful of sauce, a slice of chicken, another spoonful of sauce and second slice of cheese on top.

Top with second slice of buttered bread. Once golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes, carefully flip and brown others side of sandwich. Repeat with second sandwich.
