2 Lb H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
8 1/4 Oz Rogelio Bueno Mole
29 Oz Hill Country Fare Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp Central Market Organics White Sesame Seeds

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Line a large baking pan with foil.

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Arrange chicken on foil lined pan.

Bake chicken for 45 minutes until internal juices run clear.

Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes.

Add oil and mole, stirring constantly until smooth.

Add chicken broth to mole and stir until mole is dissolved.

Bring mixture to a boil and reduce heat to medium-low.

Cover skillet and cook for 60 minutes; stirring occasionally.

Once mole has cooked for 30-45 minutes, add chocolate and stir until chocolate is dissolved.

Place baked chicken on a large platter and top with mole sauce.

Sprinkle chicken mole with sesame seeds and serve.
