4 1/2 Tsp H-E-B Smoked Paprika
1 Tsp H-E-B Pure Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp H-E-B California Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Ground Cumin
1/2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Onion Powder
2 1/2 Lb Hill Country Fare Chicken Leg Quarters, about 6 quarters
3/4 cup(s) Kraft Slow-Simmered Original BBQ Sauce Family Size
1/4 cup(s) Heinz Jalapeño Tomato Ketchup

Instructions

Heat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.

Combine dry seasonings. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of chicken.

Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce and ketchup until well blended.

After 30 minutes, brush half of barbecue sauce mixture over chicken and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven, turn chicken, and brush with remaining sauce. Bake for 7 minutes or until chicken is done (165ºF).
