Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon & Calabrian Chili

1 baguette, thinly sliced on a bias
1/4 cup(s) Aldonza Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus more as needed
2 large Hass avocados, flesh scooped out
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic, minced or zested
1 Tsp ground cumin
4 Oz H-E-B Cold Smoked Atlantic Salmon Nova, thinly sliced or cut to fit toasts
1/3 cup(s) Orti Di Calabria Garlic, Tomato & Chilli Stir in Sauce, plus more as needed

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Place bread on a sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until nicely toasted. Allow to cool.

Meanwhile, place avocados in a bowl and add lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt and pepper. Gently mash, leaving avocado a little chunky, and season to taste.

Spread a liberal amount of avocado on each slice of toast, top with a slice of salmon and garnish with calabrian chili stir in sauce.

Chef's Note: The avocado spread can be made up to a day in advance, and refrigerated.
