Green Chile Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 17.6 oz Gnocchi pasta
  • 1 cup Hatch pepper shredded cheese
  • 16 oz Easy melt cheese
  • 33 fl oz Green chile stew mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pot, add green chile stew mix, Easy Melt cheese and cream and heat through, stirring frequently. Toss together with pasta and pour in a casserole dish.
  3. Top with shredded cheese and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
