Learn how to make fresh spaghetti squash in the oven or the microwave! This unique vegetable naturally forms spaghetti-like strands of squash, no need for spiralizers or special tools. For the best flavor, roast cut side down for 30-45 minutes at 400˚F or until skin is easily pierced with a knife or fork (like a baked potato). Allow to cool, remove the center seeds and discard. Using a fork, scrap out the strands into a mixing bowl and add your favorite seasonings. Timesaver method: Cut squash in half, lengthwise. Microwave 10-12 minutes, or until easily pierced with a knife or fork. Allow to cool 10 minutes before scooping out squash.
