One-pot pasta dinners are fantastic for busy school nights! Not only is dinner on the table in under 30 minutes, but there's minimal cleanup. In a large pot or Cocinaware Dutch oven, start the meat sauce by browning onions, garlic and Italian sausage (both Italian pork or turkey sausage work great). Add crushed tomatoes, pasta and water (or broth) and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Once the pasta is al dente (soft with slightly hard center), finish by adding fresh basil and parsley. The result is a rich and flavorful pasta dinner in just one pot!
