We went to great lengths to find the very best for our H-E-B Filled Pastas; 5,641 miles to be specific. Made in Arcugnano, Italy with fresh tasting, never-doughy pasta and filled with scrumptious flavors like beets, porcini and truffles. Makes an easy meal—cooks in four minutes! These delicious pastas can be found in the Deli department.

 
How our pasta is made:
Made in Italy by Bertagni, a company that has been making authentic Italian filled pasta since 1882. The pasta is cooked in small batches that are cooled down with a patented system, allowing to completely preserve the flavor.

Easy Cooking Instructions:
  • Remove pasta from packaging.
  • Bring 2 quarts of lightly salted water to a boil in a large saucepan. Empty pasta into saucepan and return to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes.
  • Once cooked, gently remove pasta with slotted spoon and toss in melted butter, extra virgin olive oil, or your favorite sauce and freshly grated cheese.
