Simply Ghee

 
Simply Ghee uses the finest ingredients for a rich buttery taste—its butter is produced from grass fed cow's milk.

Ghee is a shelf stable butter with the sugar, water and protein removed, leaving only rich butter fat. There's no need to refrigerate ghee. It will last for at least six months in a dark cupboard with the lid tightly closed.

Uses for ghee:
  • Spread on toast, rolls, muffins, biscuits and more
  • Add a teaspoon to jazz up your oatmeal
  • Melt over baked sweet potatoes and yams
  • Baste a ham or pork tenderloin
  • Finish your grilled or broiled salmon filet
  • Roast veggies and toss with ghee before serving
  • Melt and use as a cooking oil alternative
