    Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
  • Oven: Heat oven to 450°F. Season or marinate fillets as desired. Measure at thickest point of fillet. Bake in upper 1/3 of oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque (145°F internal temperature).

    Other preparation methods include broiling, microwaving and pan frying.
