Description

Wild caught and sustainably sourced, this fresh swordfish loin has a firm thickness, much like a steak and can be grilled like one, too. And since it’s so meaty, it can also be skewered, seared in a hot pan or used to make a fish stew. Swordfish has a mildly sweet taste and goes well with many marinades and sauces.

• Fresh swordfish loin
• Wild caught and sustainably sourced
• Firm and meaty
• Mildly sweet taste
