Description

Fresh and never frozen, H-E-B Wild Caught mahi mahi is semi-mild with a slightly sweet taste. Holding up firm on the grill or in the oven and easy to flip when needed, this type of fish is sustainably sourced, with traceability from boat to store. Cooking up flaky, mahi mahi transforms from pale pink to white and is sometimes referred to as dorado, which is Spanish for gold. Pick up a fillet or two and whip up everything from fish tacos to a fragrant curry.
