    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: TROUT. Keep refrigerated.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Season or marinate steelhead trout as desired. Measure the thickest part of the fillet. Place fillet skin side down on a foil-lined baking sheet. Place tray in upper 1/3 of oven and cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque (internal temp of 150°F).
