    Contains: SNAPPER. Caution: May contain bones. Keep refrigerated.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Clean and oil grate well. Brush meat and skin lightly with oil. Season with mild herbs or spices. Grill snapper about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal). Cook meat side down first, then skin side down, for 4 – 5 minutes/side until opaque/white in center (145°F internal temperature).
