Red snapper.Allergens and safety warnings
Contains: SNAPPER. Head-on fish with scales and bones. Keep refrigerated.- Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Make 3 cuts from the top fin to the bottom fin, approximately 1/4" deep. Season the fillet lightly with salt and pepper inside and out. (Rub with mild herbs & garlic if desired.) Bake for 35 minutes in the center of the oven. Remove from oven when color turns from translucent to opaque or fish reaches an internal temperature of 150°F internal temperature. Additional Options: Grill in a Basket, Pan Sear
