    Allergens and safety warnings

    Contains: SEA BASS. Caution: May contain bones. Previously frozen. Keep refrigerated.
  • Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Marinate or baste Chilean sea bass fillets with sauce, oil or seasoned butter. Bake in upper 1/3 of oven for 10 minutes per inch of thickness until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque. Remove at an internal temperature of 145°F. Also great for grilling or pan-frying.
