Also known as yellowfin tuna, this ahi tuna from our H-E-B Fish Market is wild caught and sustainably sourced. Deep pink in color with a firm steak-like texture, it’s commonly used in sushi rolls and poke bowls and has a mild taste.     Contains: TUNA. Caution: May contain bones. Keep refrigerated.
  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Clean and oil grate well. Marinate ahi tuna for 20 minutes – 1 hour in a marinade containing oil, or brush with oil and season. Grill ahi tuna about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal) for 4.5 minutes per side for medium-rare doneness with a pink center.
