Description

H-E-B Wild Caught West Coast flounder is sustainably sourced, with traceability from boat to store. Mild-tasting and flaky, it makes a good substitute for halibut or sole when needed. Flounder is not a specific type of fish and belongs to a group called flatfish. And since it's delicate and flakes easily, it's best to bake, broil, poach or steam. You can choose to bread flounder to help it stay together while cooking.
