Flounder.Allergens and safety warnings
Contains: FLOUNDER. Keep refrigerated.- Heat non-stick or heavy skillet over Medium High heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to pan and season fillets as desired. Cook 1.5 - 2 minutes per side until fish begins to flake when tested with a fork and color turns from translucent to opaque. Ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F. Additional Option: Grill
