Description
Grill up some Atlantic salmon steaks for a special dinner tonight. Fresh and bone-in, they're responsibly raised in a certified safe water ecosystem with no antibiotics ever and no growth hormones added. Cut crosswise instead of lengthwise like fillets, salmon steaks have a horseshoe-like shape and a hefty thickness that makes them great for grilling. You can also choose to oven-bake, broil or pan-fry if you like.
