Flounder.Allergens and safety warnings
Keep Refrigerated.- Grill: Heat a charcoal grill 30 minutes or a gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed. Clean and oil grate well. Brush fillet meat and skin lightly with oil and season with mild herbs or spices. Grill 4" above medium heat (375°F surface temperature is ideal). Place fillet meat side down on the grill and cook 4 - 5 minutes. Flip fillet and cook another 4 - 5 minutes until meat is opaque/white in the center and internal temperature reaches145°F.
