Safe Handling: This product was prepared from Inspected and Passed Meat and/or Poultry. Keep Refrigerated or Frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place meatballs on top. Cook in oven for 20 - 22 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Stove: Coat the bottom of a skillet with oil and heat on stove top over medium heat. Place meatballs in the pan and cook for 15 minutes (turning frequently to brown on all sides) until golden brown. Remove meatballs from the pan and drain residual oil and juice. Place meatballs back in the pan and add your sauce of choice. Cover pan and let cook for another 15 minutes, stirring frequently until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
