  • Grill: Prepare grill (charcoal or gas) according to manufacturer's directions for medium heat. Season or marinate lamb with herbs and spices as desired. Place on cooking surface and grill, turning once, until desired doneness is achieved. For best results, slow cook lamb stew meat with water, vegetables and desired spices. For kabobs, skewer and grill on medium heat for 2 - 3 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.

    • For medium-rare doneness, cook to 145°F
    • For medium doneness, cook to 160°F
    • For well-done cook to 170°F.
