Great for grilling, pan searing or air frying, they're sourced from lambs raised on American ranches that are never treated with antibiotics or added hormones. Lamb is tender and flavorful, pairing well with rosemary, mint and garlic. These chops are about ¾" – 1" thick each.

  • Grill: Heat charcoal for 30 minutes or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Grill lamb rib chops about 4" above medium heat (375°F is ideal) for 4 - 8 minutes per side. Remove at an internal temperature of 140°F for medium-rare or 150°F for medium doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes before cutting/serving. Other Option: Air fry lamb rib chops at 370°F for 5 - 7 minutes per side.
