  • Grill:
    Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Place sausages on grill about 4 inches above medium-low heat (325°F is ideal). Cook for 10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from grill and serve.
