KEEP REFRIGERATED. READY TO COOK. SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS.- Oven: Heat oven to 425°F. Place tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast, uncovered, in center of oven 20-35 minutes depending on size. Remove when a meat thermometer inserted in center reads 150°F (light pink blush center). Let stand 10 minutes before carving.
