  • Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pork tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast, uncovered, in center of oven for 20 - 35 minutes, depending on size. Remove when a meat thermometer inserted in center reads 150°F (light pink blush center). Let stand for 10 minutes before carving. Options: Grill or smoke.
