  • Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Bake 17 - 20 minutes.

    To Serve: Scrape away bones from top and bottom of fish. Split top fillet in half lengthwise and carefully lift each piece away from bone cage. Grasp tail and lift entire bone cage including the head. Scrape away any remaining bones.
