Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Pan Sauté:Heat a nonstick or heavy skillet over medium to high heat for 2 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp oil to skillet. After 1 minute, place a single layer of fillets in skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of fillet or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from heat and serve hot.
Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Place fillets on sheet and bake uncovered for 8 - 9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Serve hot.
