CAUTION: Contains bones.
Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Bake 30 - 32 minutes.
To Serve: Scrape away bones from top and bottom of fish. Split top fillet in half lengthwise and carefully lift each piece away from bone cage. Grasp tail and lift entire bone cage including head. Scrape away any remaining bones.
