  • Pan Sauté: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to skillet and then place shrimp in skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Tip: Shrimp are cooked when they start to curve and become slightly opaque.) Remove from heat and serve hot.
