    Mahi mahi (mahi mahi, tasteless smoke (promote color retention)), ancho chile butter dollop (salted butter (cream (pasteurized) (milk), salt), lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, Worcestershire (distilled white vinegar, molasses, water, sugar, onions, anchovies, salt, garlic, cloves, tamarind extract, natural flavor, chili pepper extract), lemon zest, brown sugar, ancho peppers, granulated garlic, salt, onion powder, limes, corn starch) blackened spice blend (sea salt, spices, garlic, smoked paprika, yeast extract, onions, basil, chile pepper, oregano, silicon dioxide (anticaking)). Contains a bioengineered food ingredient.

  • Pan Sauté: Heat non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to skillet. Reduce heat to medium and add fish to pan. Cook 4 - 5 minutes per side then add butter and let melt (approximately 2 minutes). Once melted, baste fish until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove and serve.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Bake 13 - 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
