Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Pan Sauté: Heat non-stick skillet over Medium-High heat for 2 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp oil to skillet. Reduce heat to medium and add fish to pan. Cook 4 - 5 minutes per side then add butter and let melt (approximately 2 minutes). Once melted, baste fish until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove and serve.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Bake 13 - 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
