Cook for about 3 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of fillets or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from heat and serve hot.

    Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Place fillets on sheet and bake uncovered for 8 - 9 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Serve hot.
