Keep Refrigerated. SALMON- Grill: Preheat closed gas grill to 450°F. Clean and oil grates thoroughly. Place salmon steak on grill over direct heat and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. Using tongs, flip salmon and cook for another 2 - 3 minutes. Flip salmon and continue cooking until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from heat and let rest for 1 - 2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray foil-lined baking sheet with oil. Place salmon steak on sheet and bake for 22 - 24 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Serve hot.
