farm raised atlantic salmon(color added through feed) kalbi marinade(soy sauce(water, wheat, soybeans, salt), sugar, water, honey, molasses, modified corn starch, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, spices, natural flavor, lactic acid, sesame seeds, dehydrated green onion, sesame oil, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate(preservative), sodium benzoate(preservative)) green onions contains a bioengineered food ingredient- COOKING INSTRUCTIONS (GAS AND CHARCOAL):
1. Heat closed grill to 450 degrees F. Clean and oil grate well
2. Place skewers on grill and cook 2 mins undisturbed.
3. Using tongs, flip skewers.
4. Salmon is ready when it releases from the grates.
5. Cook an additional 2-3 mins or until internal temp reaches 145 degrees F.
NOTE: remove from skewer prior to enjoying.
