OVEN: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. transfer to an ovenproof dish bake for 18-20 minutes Cook to 145 degrees internal temp ***KEEP REFRIGERATED***Allergens and safety warnings

Heat closed grill to 450°F and place cedar plank with salmon over indirect heat. Close lid and cook 7 minutes using tongs to turn the plank next to the fire. Cook an additional 6 - 7 minutes or until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Using tongs, carefully remove cedar plank from the grill and use a spatula to remove the salmon from the plank prior to serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Transfer to an ovenproof dish and bake for 18 - 20 minutes or until salmon reaches internal temperature of 145°F.
