Safe Handling: Perishable. Keep refrigerated.- Pan Sauté: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium to high heat for 2 minutes. Add 2 Tbsp oil and then place the fillets in a single layer in the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from heat and serve hot.
Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place a single layer of catfish on prepared baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 8 - 9 minutes, depending on thickness, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove and serve.
