Safe Handling Instructions: For your protection, keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. This product is prepared from inspected and passed meat. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. Keep raw meat separated from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat. Cook thoroughly and keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.- Grill: Heat charcoal for 40 minutes until ash-covered or gas grill for 10 minutes with lid closed. Place sausages on grill about 4 inches above medium-low heat (325°F is ideal). Cook for 10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from grill and serve.
Stovetop: Place sausages in a large skillet and add 1/2 inch of water. Bring water to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover skillet tightly with a lid and gently simmer for 8 – 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Drain water from skillet and brown sausages over medium-low heat for 2 - 3 minutes per side. Remove sausages from skillet and serve.
